The closing error rate is controlled within 0.5mm, reaching the level of the European EN 1154 standard, and the proportion of products meeting the green building GB/T 50378 standard exceeds 80%. Product design pays more attention to humanization and scenario adaptation. For special scenarios such as hospital operating rooms and ICU wards, models with emergency evacuation functions have been developed, which can automatically unlock in emergency situations such as fires while maintaining airtightness. For the characteristics of dense human flow in commercial real estate, the buffer mechanism design has been optimized, and the closing speed can be intelligently adjusted according to the traffic frequency, ensuring both safety and improving traffic efficiency.
The market structure shows obvious gradient characteristics. The price range varies from 800 yuan to more than 3,000 yuan. Mid-range products (800-1,500 yuan) account for 63.2% of the market share, and high-end products (more than 3,000 yuan) account for 34.8% of the sales volume. In terms of regional markets, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta contribute 58% of the national revenue. New first-tier cities such as Chengdu and Wuhan have become new growth poles. The bidding scale of supporting projects for rail transit hubs in 2023 increased by 67% year-on-year. The county-level market is also accelerating its development. The procurement scale of some county hospital and school renovation projects has increased by more than 200% year-on-year, becoming a new engine for industry growth. It is expected that by 2025, the sales volume of hidden automatic door closers will exceed 2.15 million sets, with a market scale of 26.7 billion yuan.
